I like the idea here and I think it fits the theme fine but I wish the focus was tighter on some of the great details in the image.

Well, there is a river between me and the building, and I had my point and shoot, so this is all it will ever be!

This is a very cool old building and wall. The whole image seems a little on the dark side though, probably not too dark to fix in post processing if you shot it in RAW. You should go back there again, because I can see at least three awesome compositions you might make out off details that just show sections of the wall and windows etc., but remove the surrounding context.

Ana - go back with your D50 and a telephoto lens of some kind, and maybe a tripod, and I bet you could extract some seriously awesome stuff from this. Even with the river in between you and it ;)

Jarrett.... I knew this image was going to score low for technique, as soon as I saw it on the WS site... it's too dark, and I realize that. You're suggesting I try a different composition (which might explain -that- low score) but I really did think this was about as relevant as anything could be. That's what I'm curious to know more about.
I mean, with around 17 windows and about 5 doors, I really can't see why I didn't get a higher score for relevance. But maybe I really don't understand the theme?
Oh, and I'd love to go back out there! It's just too cold to be outside for more than 10 minutes! If it gets warmer this week, maybe I'll give it a try!
