Well, this was taken in a tunnel, and it was filled with well...water...and well...it's water. So half of the shot is the reflection of the light coming in from above, and all of that reflected in the...water.

I see it now. The picture is very dark on my screen so I could only see the center area where the light is.

Top Notch picture! All around excellent in my view! Only suggestion would maybe be to reduce the overall blackness of the sides with a slightly tighter crop, or brighten it up a bit so we can see more of the grafitti.

The whole bottom half of the photo is water. It's a reflection.

Not sure I understand this one. As far as I can tell it is some type of graffiti on a wall. I can't really make out what is in the bottom corner, and I don't really see the relevancy to the theme.
