This is a good shot but it doesn't make me think of "urban decay", more like "old houses which haven't been repainted in a while". The sky doesn't look very real either.

I aspire to living in a neighborhood like this.

I can even smell the water! I guess this is Venice, but the contrast compression in the sky makes this look as if it could be indoors, like a movie set or Las Vegas illusion. Urban decay is of great significance in Italy, but how photogenic, at the same time.

i can see where you coming from, venice is decaying, but it hink the photo needs to be more specific.
