Very cool, quite good. It's a little dark at the trunk, but I'll chalk that up to monitor calibration and the fact that we're looking at JPGs. I bet as print this would be quite strong.

This is an amazing tree, it looks like an explosion of tentacles!

I like the way the lower branch reaches out towards the camera but I think the way it leaves the frame is a bit distracting- maybe if the lower edge was cropped a bit, but then it would crop the base of the tombstones which is important too. I know you're stuck with the tree the way it is and I'm nitpicking.

I'd like to see this in 3D!

What a great old tree. Are those power lines that mar the shot or are those cables somehow supporting the old lady?

I definitely need to get a wide angle lens (which isn't in my future anytime soon) to shoot this beautiful tree, so I understand about the branch being cut off being aggravating.

Those are cables that are holding up the branches. This live oak is in Glenwood Cemetery (resting place of Howard Hughes) here in Houston and is on the National Register of Historic Trees.

Thanks everyone. I love this old tree.
