Solid lighting and excellent contextual setting - I really appreciate that you've placed yourself in a relevant environment. I'm not 100% on the degree to which one eye is obscured by the hat - a completely revealed eye would make the image more inviting, while a totally covered eye would make it more mysterious.

howdy!!! eye is cut off, too bad! and the image is a bit too soft for my taste! otherwise nicely done... but yea this eye thing reeally should not be!

love the golden tones and you look right at home with the hay behind you. i like the theme. maybe if the lighting was a little more even on the face or at least not so blown out on the one side. and the only other thing is it bothers me that you can only see half of the one eye there. i wish it was either all or none. otherwise a nice shot.
