Nice reflection!

Can't see the reflection here... but it's a great picture.

O Ok, it a little bit to dark,

I acknowledge the reflections within the image but I think don't think they define the image in any way. I like how you've controlled the exposure to bring us the mood of the moment.

There isn't too much for reflection in this image, BUT I am a sucker for images like this and love it anyway! All 5s. The colors are amazing.

@ Beamer, When you plan to visit the North east, You'll have to have extra time to visit Rockport Massachusetts in the early fall. This is apart of Cape Anne. Quiet friendly, I'm thinking of opening a galley there. Well that if I don't get my farm in Scotland and tend to my sheep.
@PailB: Sorry there was nothing to control or post. One of things I love most of all is shooting just before sunrise. Not easy to do. Just think of it, Without people, without news, and without cell phones churning out information for you. However I do use my Iphone . They have some very cool photography 'Apps" that deal with supposition and time I think everyone should have. The darn thing uses satellite coords. to give you the geography and sun and moon positions any place.
When I need to chill out from an over dose of mankind this is one of the places I go. What people are here all fish, and are quiet. No buses, loud music. Just peace.
@the reflection guy Elpeatn, I know comments here can belike a water down milk shake. So if you know anything about shapes, and the movement of objects going backwards. and the position of light, THen is becomes obvious that the distorted "black Triangle is the reflection of the boat. If it's too abstract for you eyes to gather information then many be you live around wheat fields or simple spend too little time near water for any meaningful contemplation. I am a man that loves the southwest and travel to places where I see antelope more than people. So finding a simple harbor that's less than two square blocks is sacred to me sacred.
Sometimes as I enter the subway I now see it as a slot canyon with millions of people being transported along the path. Kind of like a flash flood in a slot canyon.
I hope this humble bit of information Elpeatn adds to your knowledge. cheers mate. @ beamer this is shot with my digital d700 and a 20mm lens. Just light enough to hand hold , but for some strange reason there was a tripod attached and I am standing on an extended floating platform that has a plank like bridge some 40 feet above . It's awonder I got this shot off. I think it's just as the skipper reversed the moto and O got the moment the boat froze before heading into me. Whan comes after get a little soft. Hey where's "KING"

No need to point out the black distorted triangle, but thanks. Don't get me wrong. It's a great picture, but I don't find it relevant with the weekly theme. Of course this is just my opinion.
Regarding your comment "Some times when you don't have the correct lens on, or think of bracketing a great find like this, you hurt yourself. You almost shot yourself in the head doing this one" sorry but English is not my mother tongue so I am not sure I understand the metaphor about shooting myself. But anyway, just for to clarify, so far all pictures I uploaded to WeeklyShot were made with point-and-shoot cameras. Go figure.
