I like this, but I wish we didn't have the more squiggly lines at the top left. If it had been composed so that all we saw was the downpour, I think the effect might have been greater.

This is a different take from what I would expect and I really like that side of the image. The image has a great abstract quality to it too. Maybe almost too abstract as it doesn't say rain right off the bat but I personally like the idea and the graphic quality of the image.

Now this is rain. Could be the reason alot of us are struggling with this theme. Not everyone has subject matter like THIS!! Fantastic - you still have to get out there and take the shot.

..unlike Shasin, I think the "squiqqly lines" are great! and add a third element to the lines of force in the photo.
