Focus seems to be on the nose or lips, leaving the eyes a little soft.

For me neither her expression nor the way this is put together makes this image stand out.

A great subject, a very nice setting, the bokeh is great. She just has that "deer in the headlights" look about her. Maybe the flash was a bit too strong and straight on.

I think her face is a little over-exposed - and sorry, the expression "a rabbit caught in headlights" is all I can think of :/
