If you are trying to say this about the guy and his daily activity, well, I think you missed. As a photograph, this is great, except the guy is distracting, would be much better without him.
Great place, however, very photogenic place. I've been there many times, my brother is buried there.

Having been there, you know that this place isn't about anyone living at all. When you are there, you don't even see any other people, or hear anything at all, really.
That's the beauty of the subtlety of the person.
In this place, it's not about the living.
It's about all the people that are buried there.
You don't think about much else while you're there.

That's why I thought this photo would have been better without the guy/worker. Looks like he's raking, not sure if he is a worker or a relative cleaning up around a grave. It is indeed of the most peaceful places I know. It is odd to see the grass this brown, what time of year was this taken?? Was it really hot and dry. Usually the grass is very green.

Relevance seems a bit week since the photo is more about the signs than the worker, whose legs are trimmed and is a bit blurred.

I think the inclusion of the signs givethe viewer, the full effect of what they are seeing....a national landmark. And of course the person paying their respects is indeed, releveant. Beautiful trees too. Nice capture.
