Nice to look at. Definetly orange. I am not sure if there is a "story" here or not.

Interesting orange abstract. I like the idea... but I am not grabbed by it. I think this is taken just far enough away from the object for me to feel like I want to figure out what this is (but I have no idea). The shallow depth of field here is also distracting. I wish that all of the V's were sharper. Maybe it would be interesting to take this shot against straight on and not at this angle?

I am curious to know what others think of this image. The orange itself is very appealing, and stands out well against the black. So maybe the shallow dof is just distracting to me. :)

Super! This seems like a graphic design project... powerful shapes and color. Great use of depth of field too. I would have removed or cropped out that bit in the upper left however.

I like it, and it's definitely relevant. I think it would be improved if you cropped out the small orange triangle at the upper left corner. This bright orange "V" shaped things surrounded by all that pure black makes for a great impact. The small orange triangle detracts from the overall composition slightly. Nice image!

I decided I have to add that I like your choice of shallow DOF too. I think it makes this more interesting to look at then if everything was in perfect focus.

One of the coolest things about photography is to see things in the unique way that a camera "sees" them instead of the everything-in-sharp-focus way that your eyes see things.

I am a little confounded by the number of really good photographers that still appear to insist that everything should be in razor sharp focus all of the time.
