fun shot but the composition seems accidental and the blown out highlight in the eye ends up being my focal point.

Interesting texture. Borders on being abstract, but not quite ambiguous enough for me. Seems like you should have either gone all the way, or not quite as far. By revealing the eye I want to see more of what this is. The geometry and color are compelling.

I was actually going for a 'bit abstract' but not overly so, because I was afraid of people being more against the full abstract. I took a lot of shots of this item (which is a bubble blower) and really tried to pick the shot that was as unusual as possible, with a touch of 'knowing' so it wouldn't be too un-identifiable. The composition was very purposful and this shot wasn't cropped at all. This is exactly as I intended it it be, aside from the bit of poor lighting (which doesn't have anything to do with relvency,and that was my main goal with this shot.)
