Thanks very much. This is an outtake from a commercial shoot during the 70's. My finger slipped off the shutter release button just before the dancer turned back toward the camera with a big gesture that I was going to capture with the flash. She's getting ready to make a big swirl with the voluminous white skirt.

I've always thought this was pretty.

I find W.S. to have some habit-forming qualities. One gets the most out of it when one contributes to the limit of one's abilities...that is, posting one's best work, carefully considering the critiques offered by others, striving to improve, and--the hardest part for some--providing detailed comments on the work of others.

I'm still in the job market so my attentions and time are focused elsewhere these days, but I value the friendships I've formed through W.S. and the inspiration of being a part of this exception group of photographers.
