Looks like a bike along the bottom of the frame. I would have included it in the frame. I think it would have added an interesting focal point.

I know this street is probably very narrow, but this composition just feels cramped, my eye wants to see more context, the highlights on the car in the very lower left, the rest of the bicycle, a bit more sky...Great relevance and beautiful light on the shutters!!
