Let me tell you about those medicine bottles, Anna. It's not as sad as it appears to be.

In 2000, I had my thyroid gland removed. During the operation, they discovered I had cancer.I am happy to say that I have been cancer free for 10 years now....blah, blah, blah.

Now, since I no longer have a thryoid gland, I have to take one pill every morning at the same time. The pill regulates almost all of the metabolic processes in my body. Without it, the light inside me will slowly dim and I will eventually die (hence the photo).

All those bottles you see here are empty. I represents how my pills I have taken so far, and I am also saving them for an art project.

This was shot in the morning time before I had to leave for a doctor's appointment.

But I throw my bottles away. For the opposite reason.

Um you can have my feet, they're over rated. In the end, they just end up smelling like old shoes.

I could melt down the bottles, then hang and arrange the melted pieces to look like a medicine bottle.....hmmmmmm. :)
