On a recent trip back to NY and Quebec I made a trip to one of my clients to photograph their farm. They raise all-natural pork, beef, chickens, turkeys and eggs. This is one of their production sows and once the piglets are big enough not to be poached by coyotes they are moved to a fenced area in the woods. The day before I visited there had been torrential downpours and the pigs were all loving the mud. I left with about 20 lbs of frozen produce and it was all delicious.
