Thanks for your comment, Beamer. This is a parking garage rooftop. I just set my camera on the ground and set the timer. I didn't choose this tilt, the camera did! Sorry to distract you. :)

Strange shot, I like the colours. Presumably it was a long exposure because it was night, but does not really scream LE. The slope of the wall is a bit disturbing which detracts from the composition.

As with a number of other entries for this week's theme, this is obviously a long exposure but doesn't really convey that impression. As such I couldn't score this one particularly highly on relevance.

Great use of colour, but I do find the softness in the buildings a little too much.

I like the texture in the foreground, the hint of purple in the sky and the cloud formations. It just misses on the off kilter horizon.

It's so interesting, the reaction I got to this photo. EVERYone that sees this photo (in real life and big) thinks it's the coolest effing thing.

The relevance is there, although the impact is only average. The composition choice with the tilt is unmotivated for me. It just calls attention to itself while adding nothing for me, quite distracting...
