Almost exactly 4 years ago we did a Long Exposure theme on Weekly Shot. Many people considered it a favorite, so let's do a sequel!
In order to be relevant, a good rule of thumb is to keep the exposure longer than 2 seconds.
Also, some long exposures are very easy to spot, but others are more subtle. As you're rating this week, keep in mind that there may be more going on in the photo than you realize. Try to slow down and look for details.
