For my taste, this image could have had a lot more impact if you had cropped it more tightly. I'd lose the bottom quarter, and possibly a thick slice off the top as well. You could even consider losing the right side a little, incl. that one hand. It would take the primary subject off-center, but it would be a lot more atmospheric and have greater impact.
