@pete: it was taken at the same spot than #29. It's an old prison in Milano. The complete graffiti read "Let them go, ya mongrels".

Italian graffiti? This shows the negative side of graffiti well, just scraling, whereas almost all the other netries try to concentrate on the 'graffiti as art' idea. High relevance
