I'm not sure what I think about this to be honest. It has an artistic feel to it. There might be a statement here that I'm not getting. I do wonder why there is so much blank space at the top. I find the double yellow lines funny, it's like it's saying....no parking here. :-D Definitely high contrast and fits the theme. Very well executed.

i would say this is extreme, and therefore gets 5 for relevance!

my only issue is that you seem to have lost some of the detail in the tap(or whatever you call the metal bit)
