Think that would not be my dream to live or work there. Although that close you would only hear a zhhhvooop for a second.

Wow. This has impact. I'm not sure I'd be thinking "dream" if I saw this shot out of context. But it has impact, nonetheless. I really like it.

Wow. I can hear the plane. And I think the strong color saturation works well for this shot.

I amguessing this was shot in Hong Kong. I have seen similar photos before, and this is an excellent one too. I know that this is real, but it is dreamlike to me. It just seems unbeleivable that high density urban development and airborne passenger jets actually come that close together in the real world.

WOW - I am thrilled at all of the comments and the ratings. I have to "come clean" and admit that this is a composite photo. I was thinking that the perspective of the buildings here needed some kind of "thing" in the empty space, and had the airliner photo in my library from an LA trip I took a few years ago. After I uploaded this photo, I realized that it might look a bit realistic, much like old Kai Tak approach in Hong Kong (gorin got it). Then, I added a flock of birds to make this more of a dreamlike, but it was too late. The dreamlike quality to me is the "UNREALISTIC" realism of this shot. I've had too many airplane dreams that looked like this... I hope this isn't misleading or suspect to anyone.

I had a dream that WS would soon be up and running again, better than ever. It was dramatic and exciting.

Now if I could only create dramatic, heart-racing composites like this - so realistically with layers and masking - I'd be one happy guy!
