Nice candid moment here and b&w portrays the scene nicely. I do wish that the fellow on the right wasn't beheaded by the light. That light and it's beams make the left side of the photo so I don't think it is all needed. Just cropping out that one guy while leaving a portion of light beams coming in from the corner greatly enhances this photo.
