good one...

Beautiful lighting. The composition suffers slightly by having the building in the background. Maybe if you had positioned yourself a little more to the left of the fountain and had just the trees as the background then the picture would have been greatly improved...

great colours and I like the very deep shadows.

@ freefloater: I agree about the building, but moving myself changed the light so dramatically, that it took the light off the water. It was actually a very bright time of day, but standing exactly there, made it darker with the shadows and the boy running (he was fast, so that was a factor in the framing, also!)so that the sun came through the water, just like that. Thank you.

The light glow in the fountain mist is beautiful!

Straight 5's for me... I actually don't understand why this isn't featured!

I thought it was a good choice. :)

Dramatic, indeed!

I love the feel of this image but I find the composition lacking - some creative cropping would have made more of an impact for me.

Yes! Congratulations, Ana!

Excellent Ana! That is exceptional light!

I have to two different opinions about this. As a viewer I like the found and spontaneus feeling of the image from the loose composition. That is the initial reaction. The reaction that I get looking closer and from a photographers perspective is that the fountain on the left is slightly distracting so cropping it out would help. Actually a crop left, or right, or to square (my preference) really helps the image. And something you couldn't control is the pose. I just wish the kid was looking up and not at his own midsection. Overall though the image has impact amidst the other thumbnails.

@ dcreighton: I thought he was looking at his feet!!
And yes, a tighter crop might have helped this shot. Indeed.
