I like this shot a lot. Would love it more if it was in BW. Maybe add more micro contrast - there doesn't seem to be any BLACK or ZONE 1 in the scene at all?
Now as to relevance, I must admit that I get a country train stop feel to this more than city.

@Richard and Beamer, thanks for the comments. I'll have another think about it. It was shot with a lens baby, so going deliberately for low local contrast. It was taking at the suburban commuter station where I catch the train everyday to work.

The selective processing is just calling too much attention to itself. You have a very intriguing capture, not sure why you went this way with the treatment??
