It was fun on Saturday, I had not been there since it has reopened. I was planning to shoot something else for my 3rd entry but it has been so busy at work I couldn't so I posted another one of these. The b&w didn't do so well, this is probably the better of the two in hind sight...we'll see!

Having gone to the blog to see this one, and then having told Mr. Beamer he should post it, I can only give this high marks. I really do like it better than the other one.

Ahh. I like this one a lot better! I love the color of that train and the heavy duty tracks (which also have a certain quality of orange to them). It's a great angle to see this scene. High marks.

Great job Clyde. After the last post I checked out your site and saw this.
Those stairs to the left are the ones I ran up. Not good at all. Thought I was going to die. The Marines that were running up there as well for training...well they were able to have a conversation. I guess that is why they are Marines and I am not.
Great view of Bunker Hill and the train line. really gives it some perspective. Ever read the Michael Connelly book "Angels Flight"? First page there is a murder on this train. Great book.

That's what happens when I have a job where I work for 10 minutes and render for 10 minutes, and rinse, repeat all day. Gotta do something while the computer is rendering, like right now!!

I recall this as a child. took a ride on it way before the reconstruction. Back them it looked more like a roller coaster ride.
