Very noire.. rotate this 90 degrees, the camera cold be fallen on the floor, would be more Cinematic format...

I *love* spooky, mysterious kinda stuff, so this shot appeals to me (although I don't know *what* the hell is going on here).

This was shot in an abandoned house not too long ago. The room was filled with greetings cards that were addressed to the former owners of the house.
I spent a lot of time just sitting there reading the cards and filling in the pieces. Amazing place. Really.

Confession time....
I know this image and this photographer. One of the issues in the forums this week was whether you should vote on pics you know. Well I think why not? As long as you are voting on how you see it rather than a loyalty to the photographer..

I've told Ana a few weeks back that I love this pic. I love the BW, low angle, DOF, grain, the light through the little curtain thingy, noir feel to it, mess on the floor, wall texture, mood etc.

So high scores from me.

Another confession....
Ana just shared her ratings with me for this image. I guess this is a case where different people have very different opinions. Come on folks, it is way better than the current scores!
