I think relevance on this week's Theme is going to be very subjective, so I think I'll give the benefit of the doubt on most. My comment about this is the clutter over her face. I like the tones of this, very nice overall!

Very beautiful! Great tones and atmosphere!

I like this and think it works for the theme. Too bad about the blown-out highlights...this could be much better technically IMHO, even though it may be exactly what you intended.

Hi everybody.
Thank you all for your extremely kind words.
I apologize for not being able to contribute to the community as much as I would like, but some professional duties have been keeping me away.
Last night i went to the inauguration of a collective exhibition and i uploaded this photo here because this was the one that made me be one of the publishing photographers on that exhibition :-)
It was great to come here this morning and see it features! You guys are great! :-)
@King
Just a little note. Yes you are right, maybe i should have controlled the blown-up highlights or at least try to bring them down a bit. The original RAW was already a bit "burned", if I recall it correctly, but I really brought it up because the landscape that was still visible through the window, was not interesting at all and it felt to me that ruined the "magic".
I do agree you made a very valid point though.... thank you.

Rockas,
Specifically, there is little tonal separation between the edge of the model's face and the background. Her face almost bleeds into the background, whereas if we could clearly see where her face end and the background begins, then her human qualities could be more easily assessed. I don't even think the background needs more tone...just separation between the two.
Congratulations on the Feature, Rockas!

@King
I see your point! thank you for the heads up!
On the printed version (it was a 60cm x 40cm) that problem was not as visible as it is on this reduced version so i didn't noticed. you are absolutely right! Thank you :-)

Very strong image - kind of magnetic too - goes nicely with the theme..
